All adept weapons are exclusively legendary weapons and have special mods that are available only on Adept weapons and that can be earned at the same time as Nightfall Adept weapons. They also give bonus stats upon masterwork to other stats not focused by the masterwork.

is a great all-around Scout Rifle, great both for PvP and PvE engagements. If you’re looking for the best PvP roll, our experts recommend to get a decent range-oriented weapon, so be on the lookout for Hammer-Forged Rifling Barrel and Accurized Rounds Magazine for a better ranged engagements, as well as Masterwork for Range and, of course, Adept Mods: Adept Range. As for the perks, watch for Rapid Hit, Surplus, and Box Breathing.

As for the PvE the best synergy might be in the following perks roll: Rapid hit or Shoot to Loot for the 3rd column and Kinetic Tremor, Frenzy or Firefly for the 4th column. The Barrel and Magazine is almost the same case as in PvP: find a good balance of range and stability, whichever you prefer. Adept mods are the same as for PvP, Adept Range or Full Auto Retrofit.
