Great run, but ran about 45 min late. Not their fault, but a bit frustrating.

Another one bite the dust. Although it was late invite almost an hour later the raid finally got going. It was to the moon after that!

Unlike some other sites , you told me 15 minutes and I had my keys in 15 minutes. A refreshing change , from some other sites :)

I'm going to break this down into the good - the bad and the uglyGood -- Paid for the two bosses and got them down relatively quickly. Bad -- I paid for a 10:45 slot, When I realized it was 10:47 I went to double check the rules for the raid. When I saw "Will get an invite 10 minutes before the raid start" I was VERY confused.I reached out to the customer service discord contact (Which should be under the good but this experience is putting it here) They responded within 10 minutes letting me know that they're being delayed and to wait 30 minutes.Okay....not so bad.....Ugly: After that 30 minutes, I realized it was more like 35 minutes and ONCE again I haven't had an invite.Reaching out to the customer support once again, I was given a message 10 minutes later about technical issues and that it'd be another 20 minutes.At this point, I asked for a refund because that was going to be 50 minutes past my purchase time. I was offered a direct refund or an in store credit. I said I wanted the last two bosses but if I didn't get into a raid in the next little while it'd be a direct refund. I got into a raid 10 minutes later......Better communication is a suggestion. Perhaps form a sort of queue and when people aren't being helped during the time they're supposed to be reach out to them.

It was a super fast delivery. It only took about 20 minutes AT MOST. Communication was superb with step-by-step instructions.

My experiences have kinda been up and down over the last month with wow vendor. Between raids being cancelled and not getting my mount. To perfect mythic+ teams and great runs. Normally I never leave a review but I feel obligated after tonights raid. Any person who's spending hundreds for a premium service so they can have the best chance at loot would assume the people leading the raid won't be loot locked. This drastically reduced my chances at good drops. I could understand this for a normal run not for a premium run that costs a huge difference. After all of this they were very ready to help in any way possible. In the end thats a huge standout as a company
