They messed up an boosted the wrong toon in the ?? Delve. This was another toon i raid on, and im not a scumbag so i told them about the incident so the booster could be more careful, but explained i was going to boost it anyways. The customer service rep said NOPE, we are boosting your other Character for free, right now. I thought that was pretty awesome, personally. They cover their mistakes, no questions asked, no excuses, no waiting.
