Dragonflight: Trading Post Items Are Non-Refundable For Now

Less than a minute 0 0

Blizzard has announced technical difficulties impacting the Trading Post’s refund process. As a result, items purchased from the hawkers are temporarily non-refundable.

The developer has advised proceeding with caution when shopping there. The Customer Support Team cannot assist with refunds until the problem is resolved.

The cause of the technical difficulties is not yet known. It could be because of a recent in-game exploit. After all, it lets players use Trading Post goods for free. But other issues may be at play as well.

Despite the current setback, they will keep players up to date with the situation. Once the condition is stable, goodies are expected to be refundable. This goes with those made during the non-refundable period as well.

UPDATE: DRAGONFLIGHT TRADING POST’S REFUND SYSTEM IS FIXED

Blizzard has made a new announcement regarding the refundability of Trading Post items. According to the company, these items are once again eligible for refunds in the Americas. However, it remains unclear whether the issue has been resolved for European servers, as there has yet to be an official statement on the matter.
