Dragonflight Season 4 Overview: Awakened Raids, Mythic+ Dungeons, PvP, and More

Blizzard is going to reveal a myriad of unique features. There, players will get access to the Set Tier Bonuses the community voted for, new Mythic+ Dungeons rotation, Awakened Raids, and more. Buckle up, and let’s take a deeper look into it!

WoW Dragonflight Season 4: Awakened Raids

What are Awakened Raids

Like Fated Raids in Shadowlands, one of the three raids will become Awakened every week, which means its difficulty will be increased during the next seven days, and you can get rewards with a higher item level. Unfortunately, there are no new raids in the incoming Dragonflight Season 4, but players will be able to return to the old ones introduced earlier.

If you are wondering which raid is currently Awakened, open the Adventure Guide. There, you will see an emerald octagon atop the raid’s background, meaning its bosses are empowered due to the Awakened Raid affix imposed on you during this time.

WoW Dragonflight Season 4: Awakened Raids Schedule

As we mentioned earlier, every week, either Vault of the Incarnates, Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible, or Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope, will become Awakened in Dragonflight Season 4. Here is a scheduled order on what is going to happen during the following seven weeks:

WoW Dragonflight Season 4: Awakened Raids Rewards

Let’s discuss the rewards you can get from participating in Awakened raids during Season 4. Once you complete all three Awakened Raids on Normal difficulty and receive the Awakening the Dragonflight Raids achievement, you will surely obtain Voyaging Wilderling’s Harness. A few weeks ago, Blizzard improved the mount’s model by slightly changing its horns and saddle and injecting some teal.

When completing all three Heroic Awakened Raids, you will receive the title Awakened Hero as a reward by obtaining the Heroic: Awakening the Dragonflight Raids achievement.

As a culminating reward, upon earning the Mythic: Awakening the Dragonflight Raids achievement, you will gain access to the three Dragonflight Raid Teleports: Path of the Primal Prison, Path of the Bitter Legacy, and Path of the Scorching Dream. These portals will prove invaluable on your journey, making this achievement a worthy prize for conquering all three Awakened Raids on Mythic difficulty.

WoW Dragonflight Season 4: Antique Bronze Bullion Currency

In Season 4, a new currency named Antique Bronze Bullion will be introduced. Players can acquire 1x Antique Bronze Bullion per week by defeating Awakened bosses, with this amount progressively increasing on a weekly basis.

With this currency, you can get Fated Raids rewards from Shadowlands such as Jigglesworth, Sr., weapons, and other valuable items from the Dragonflight raids.

WoW Dragonflight Season 4: Tier Sets’ Bonuses

In January 2024, the WoW community could vote for the best transmogrification set from Season 1 to Season 3. As a result, the most favoured attire for each class will be included as a part of the Tier Sets for Dragonflight Season 4. In case you wonder what the tier sets will be in Dragonflight Season 4, be sure to check out our article here:

By the way, it is worth noting that purchasing the Tier Sets necessitates using Awakened Tempostones, which can be earned by defeating Awakened final raid bosses on a weekly basis.

The vendor that redeems these tokens is Runaagos, the Neurotic Novelist. You can locate him in Valdrakken.

WoW Dragonflight Season 4: Mythic+ Dungeons Rewards

Blizzard has introduced three rewards in Season 4 that can be obtained by completing rare achievements. Let’s take a closer look:

The first reward available is the Infinite Armoredon mount, obtainable through the Dragonflight Keystone Master: Season Four achievement. To earn this achievement, you must attain a Mythic+ rating of 2,000 or higher during Season 4.

The second reward, coveted by many, is the prestigious title The Draconic. Acquiring this title requires achieving the rare achievement known as the Dragonflight Keystone Conqueror: Season Four, earned by attaining a formidable 1,500 Mythic+ rating during Season 4.

Finally, the third reward is a title that sounds like the Draconic Hero. It’s challenging to get, for you must end Mythic+ Season 4, hitting the top 0.1% of players in your region. By doing this, you will get the Draconic Hero: Dragonflight Season 4 achievement that guarantees you this incredible title.

WoW Dragonflight Season 4: Keystone Hero Achievements

In Season 4, you can get portals to the entrance of all Dragonflight dungeons for completing the following achievements, which can significantly simplify your gaming experience:

WoW Dragonflight Season 4: PvP Rewards

With the release of Season 4, players can obtain a Vicious Dreamtalon mount. Blizzard has fulfilled it in the Alliance and Horde theme for completing the Draconic Combatant achievement by winning Rated PvP matches from a 1,000 rating in Dragonflight Season 4.

The Draconic Gladiator’s Drake can be acquired by completing the Gladiator: Dragonflight Season 4 achievement. This requires winning 50 matches as a Gladiator in the 3×3 format during Season 4.

WoW Dragonflight Season 4: Elite PvP Transmog Sets

In Season 4, the Elite Transmog Sets for PvP remain the same as in the previous season. You need to earn the Elite: Dragonflight Season 4 achievement to get it. Note that this achievement only allows you to unlock a set of transmogs for the class you earn it for. If you want to acquire other sets, you also need to put effort into getting them.
