To start Sundered Doctrine secret quest, players have to start the dungeon quest by speaking with Ikora in the Tower. Once you clear the dungeon, you will progress through the main quest and will be able to obtain collectibles. Now, you have to get to the beginning of the dungeon. Move to the left from the main path and find a room with NPCs down around the corner of the entrance. Pick up research from the table on the right. Now, move to the console and shoot the following symbols. Activate the console.

First worm location
Head to the entrance to the room you took on your way to it. Run through the bridge and reach the hidden cavity below the end of the bridge. Here, on the table, you will find the first Sundered Doctrine worm.
Second worm location
The second Sundered Doctrine worm is located in the area just after the first boss. Go to the left, across the bridge and to the central platform. Reach the last bridge from the central platform to the right and enter the corridor. Shoot the dead end wall to make it open. In the next room you will find the second worm.
Third worm location
To find the third Sundered Doctine worm you have to visit the second boss encounter area. Head to the last lens section before the boss. Move by your right and reach the bridge to enter the hidden room left from the main path of the bridge.
Fourth worm location
To get access to the next Sundered Doctrine worm location, return to the console and shoot the following symbols and activate the console. Now, take a normal path to the first boss. Enemies will start spawning. Kill them to collect knowledge, and once you bring enough to the yellow shining plate, the door will open. Interact with the panel in the opened room.
Now, destroy the final boss of the dungeon and head to the secret NPC room at the beginning of the dungeon we mentioned before. Here, find and loot a new research on the box in the middle of the room. Now, head to the two Subjugators zone. Here, move to the left near the door to the next location and enter the corridor. Find the first red-lighted hole in the ground and drop into it. At the bottom, activate the door and loot the Fourth Sundered Doctrine worm in the opened room.

To find the next Sundered Doctrine secret quest worm, head to the area after the first boss once again. Go to the left, across the bridge and to the central platform. Enter the first corridor to the left from the central platform and travel deeper between walls. In the second ”pocket” in the wall, drop down. Here, move so that the wall is to your right until you find a moving door. Jump onto it to make it open. In the opened room you can find the fifth Sundered Doctrine worm.
Sixth worm location
Reach the zone after the second encounter. Go to the left third floor of the corridor with the gate at the end. Find the entrance deeper into the building and shoot the door to open it. You will find the sixth Sundered Doctrine worm inside.
Seventh worm location
To find the three remaining worms, return to the console and shoot the following symbols and activate the console. Now, head to the second boss area and defeat enemies until the Wormcradle Knight spawns. This mob will drop a worm. Pick it up and bring it to the top of the room, where you can find the hive cocoon. Once the cocoon explodes, enter the room and activate the panel.
Now, defeat the final boss and return to the console room we mentioned before. Here, you pick another research from the orange box. Head to the location just before the first encounter.
