How to upgrade Cyrce’s Circlet guide: New BiS ring in 11.0.7 PTR
Players who have been playing on 11.0.7 PTR discovering new activities to do. One of the new items got players’ attention; here’s our Cyrce’s Circlet guide on upgrading this new BiS ring in PTR. Please note that many things after 11.0.7 release may change.
Cyrce’s Circlet
Cyrce’s Circlet is a new epic ring piece of gear you can quickly get while doing Siren Isle quests. In many ways, it’s similar to Onyx Annulet from Dragonflight Expansion. It can be upgraded up to 639 ilvl and has 3 sockets for your gems, making it the BiS slot for the ring. The gems that can be socketed are different; some add just a flat stat bonus, while others provide you with special effects that are similar to Tier Sets.
All Cyrce’s Circlet gems and effects
The gems for this ring are separated into 3 groups for each of the socket.

Upgrading Cyrce’s Circlet guide
Upgrading Cyrce’s Circlet is a simple task; however, it should be noted that this is PTR, which only offers a partial experience. To upgrade Cyrce’s Circlet, you must use Raw Singing Citrine. On PTR, it is simply sold by a vendor. However, we doubt this trend will stay in the retail version. Raw Singing Citrine will allow you to upgrade Cyrce’s Circlet by 3 ilvls up to 639 ilvl. Some raw singing citrine will be available from Cyrce’s Circlet questline. Citrine probably would be farmed from various Siren Isle activities.
