WoW Forever riding levels and costs
WoW Forever uses a Burning Crusade-style riding system. Instead of spending most of your gold on the first mount itself, you pay for riding training and receive an initial mount with the skill.

|---|---|---|---|
|
Apprentice Riding |

1,000 Gold |
Additional regular racial mounts generally cost 20 Gold, while additional epic versions cost 200 Gold before applicable reputation discounts.
The game does not feature flying mounts. All standard mount collecting takes place on the ground, making the level 60 riding upgrade particularly valuable for traveling between quest hubs, dungeons, and farming locations.
WoW Forever Galestrider mounts
Galestriders are the signature racial mounts of the Skyborne. These crane-like creatures have four color variants, with standard and Swift versions. The confirmed vendor for the main Galestrider collection is Genn Fairweather on Zephras Isle.
