What is the loot system for Normal and Heroic runs?

On Normal and Heroic difficulties, you can choose between Standard, Advanced, and Premium loot systems. The differences lie in price, guaranteed loot, and the number of competitors for gear.
– With the Standard option, all loot is rolled for.
– With Advanced, you receive all armor matching your armor type as well as tokens, with at least 2 guaranteed pieces per run.
– With Premium, you are the only player with your armor type, and you are guaranteed 4 pieces of gear.
– You can also upgrade your Normal and Heroic runs to Full Loot Priority, where any item that drops goes directly to you with no competition.
