Then you’re taken to the boss, where it is swiftly defeated. If the item you ordered drops – it is given to you, no questions asked. If it doesn’t drop, the service is still considered completed, unless you select the “Farm until the item drops” option. In that case, you will be invited to the boss fight over and over again until you get your desired drop.
