Season launch: Raid run details & guarantees

• In some Advanced and Premium runs, the number of unsaved characters may occasionally be lower than stated. However, this does not affect the amount of gear you are guaranteed to receive from the service. The promised rewards will always be delivered.
• At the beginning of Season 1, transmog gear that cannot be used by your class may not be given to you. However, you will still have full loot priority on any items usable for your main or off-spec, if the respective option is selected.
