The way the service works is as follows: Firstly, you’ll need to select the item and then select the amount of characters without the loot-lockout in your group — 4 characters will guarantee 1 random drop from the boss, and 9 will guarantee 2+. Then you’re taken to the boss, where it is swiftly defeated. If the item you ordered drops – it is given to you, no questions asked. If it doesn’t drop, the service is still considered completed, unless you select the “Farm until the item drops” option. In that case, you will be invited to the boss fight over and over again until you get your desired drop.

You can choose ANY (but only one) item from the raid, with the exception of mounts. Leave a comment with desired item when making an order.
