What does the “Heroic World Tier Unlock” option include?

This option unlocks access to the Heroic World Tier in Patch 12.0.7. To unlock it, we defeat Nexus-Captain Leth’ir (on Naigtal) or Imperator Pertinax (on Val) on Normal difficulty. Once unlocked, you’ll gain access to a more challenging version of both new zones featuring powerful roaming enemies, creature affixes, and better rewards, including Myth track gear from Knocking Off the Top quest.

What does the Heroic Showdowns boost include?

This option covers defeating the two new world bosses on Heroic World Tier:
Nexus-Captain Leth’ir (Naigtal) and Imperator Pertinax (Val).
On Heroic difficulty, both bosses share a larger health pool, gain random affixes, and drop Hero Track loot.

What does the Knocking Off the Top boost include?

Knocking Off the Top is a weekly quest from Decimus that requires you to collect 4 Void Commander’s Emblems from the two new world bosses on Heroic World Tier. Since each world boss drops only one emblem per week, this quest normally takes 4 weeks to complete.
Knocking Off the Top boost completes this quest for you efficiently, awarding a choice of Myth 1/6 gear (cloak, belt, or bracers), the first time Myth track gear has been available from open-world content.

Do I need Heroic World Tier unlock for the new mounts or achievements?

No. The two new mounts (Void Surfboard and Void-Forged Mechsuit) and their associated meta-achievements (A Trip Around the Stars / A Trip Through the Stars) do not require Heroic difficulty. Normal mode and 217 item level gear is sufficient.
