You must not spend any Bronze Celebration Tokens that are acquired during the process. Seeing how most of the coveted rewards cannot be obtained in a single day (or a week, in some cases) there will be times when you will be sitting on a number of Bronze Celebration Tokens that you must not spend. Otherwise, the service will be considered completed as soon as the Bronze Celebration Tokens equivalent of the WowVendor offer item you bought was obtained including the tokens that were spent.
