In some cases of Competition-free Runs, during current Season's early days the amount of lockoutless characters may be lower than stated. This will not affect the amount of gear you are promised to get from the raid. The guarantees will be met.

The last, and second-to-last bosses may be defeated with a smaller party size at a different time and date; And their loot may not be shared similarly to all the previous bosses. This does not affect any provided loot guarantees - the guarantees will be met.

Lastly, the Catalyst system provides an alternative path. After six weeks from the raid’s launch, you can use the Catalyst to turn specific non-tier gear into tier set pieces. This ensures that even if you’re not actively raiding, you can still complete your Class Sets and achieve the desired appearances.
