Easy and smooth with great communication. Got the gold in 3 tranches for WoW Season of Discovery. They advertise a 24h turnaround but most gold gets delivered within 3h, mine took about 12h surely because I ordered during Eastern Sunday. Regardless they definitely exceeded the 24h window so I am satisfied.
