Buying this service will get you an opportunity to farm the specific sought-after pieces from any of the Awakened Raids on Normal or Heroic difficulty.

The way the service works is as follows: Firstly, you’ll need to have the item in mind and select the amount of characters without the loot-lockout in your group — 4 characters will guarantee 1 random drop from the boss, and 9 will guarantee 2+. Then you’re taken to the boss, where it is swiftly defeated. If the item you ordered drops – it is given to you, no questions asked. If it doesn’t drop, the service is still considered completed, unless you select the “Farm until the item drops” option. In that case, you will be invited to the boss fight over and over again until you get your desired drop.

When making the order make sure to communicate the item you want farmed via order comment or through a dialogue with a Customer Service agent.
The only exceptions to the items you can select are: Drakewatcher Manuscripts from last bosses and the Legendaries from Sarkareth or Fyrakk. These will not be farmed.

• Farming until the item drops is available as an alternative option option – it features variable amount of characters (up to 9 lockout-free), but it is in our interest to get you as many as possible and finish your order asap.
