They always get the job done. Burning through bosses and trash mobs like they are paper.

Been running with this group for years and I believe this is the last time I'll be doing it. A few weeks back they didn't deliver on a normal run that was supposed to have bad luck protection (never received the run the following week) and three straight weeks they've had the same person winning loot rolls for things that are downgrades. Improvements need to be made before I'll utilize their service again. Will look at competitors.

Raiders were top notch and we zipped right through the instance. I always have a great experience with this company. That being said, if you are looking for more loot drops from the bosses to roll on, you will want to make it a premium run, as we were only getting one piece of loot dropping per boss, sometimes two. But, as they say on the page, loot is not guaranteed with Standard runs.I would use the services again, as they are very professional and it's a great experience.

I have trusted this company for several releases to gear and watch mechanics. You wont be able to participate, which is understandable from the pugging I've done in season 1. I recommend investing in the high cost loot filled options. Without them you hardly get a drop, if at all in most cases without them. In TWW, I have made around 15 run purchases and maybe got 6 drops across 4 toons. Thank wow for the vault, always received something juicy in there the past 3 weeks which is where the more affordable options are focused on.

The run was excellent but the 30 min delay at the start was hard on this old man. Outside of that the raid was painless. Time well spent if you have never run with them.
