Quality of service largely depends on the booster. I purchased a horrific visions run, and because I didn't specifically request "active participation" (despite being promised the booster would "handle everything") I basically wasted 30 dollars for...nothing. I could effectively buy a more advanced service and if I did not specifically request "active participation", and waste even more money.I had also purchased a heroic raid run, the raid run was perfect and exactly what I wanted/needed. I've used them several times before, and will say that the quality depends on the booster, I've had amazing results, but also results that were a joke.

Was impressed. The process was smooth, ordered a standard heroic run and was told my raid wouod be at a time thay was 1 hour from when I purchased it. Invite was sent out 5 minutes after time stated, but instructions accounted for that. I was impressed with how efficiently the team cleared the bosses.
