This Exotic piece can be great for PvE, as it provides more helpful Threaded Spike for your Strand Hunter, which blows up tangles, creates new one and returns the ability back.
Moirai exotic has the following unique perk for PvE:
Webcatcher: Threaded Spike cann bounce to Tangle, detonating them and returning immediately. Tangles detonated by it are rewoven and retrieved. Catches without a tangle refund extra melee energy.
