Keep in mind that if you have not unlocked this Exotic item, you must use Novel Decryption with obtained the Exotic Cipher and Exotic Engram in order to unlock this Armor piece.

Second Chance has a unique perk:

• Myrmidon’s Reach: Gain a second charge for your Shield Throw melee ability. Your Shield Throw now weakens targets and becomes a shield-piercing attack, stunning Shield-Piercing Barrier Champions. If you stun a Shield-Piercing Champion with your Shield Throw, you will regain a melee charge.
