By buying this service, you will get the Balance of Power Exotic from Rahool. In order to obtain it, your Guardian will earn an Exotic Engram and Exotic Cipher to focus this armor piece at Rahool. This Exotic piece can be great for PvP, as it provides more durable Threaded Specter for your Strand Hunter, which also spawns threadlings when it takes damage.

Attention! Armor focusing on exotics that are not unlocked is only available after resetting Master Rahool’s rank. Be sure to check whether Novel Decrypter is available to you before purchasing the service.

Balance of Power Exotic has the following unique perk for PvE:
• Double Down: Your Threaded Specter has increased duration and durability, and damaging it releases additional Threadlings. While near your Threaded Specter, you do not appear on radar.
