My account was suspended for a gold purchase 🥲 so the system doesn’t go without flaws.. however, they were able to give me a store credit for the amount I purchased and that showed me commitment to their buyers. I made the purchase and had it delivered to an alternate account and that had no issues. Not sure if my account was flagged because they were doing a sweep, but I had purchased quite a bit of gold in a short 3 month window… so if you’re buying gold, buy smaller amounts over time…not convenient but possibly avoids you getting into trouble
