Delves tier list

Here is Delves Tier list for tier 8+ from easiest to the most tedious to complete:
- Easiest Delves: Collegiate Calamity, Twilight Crypts, The Grudge Pit, Shadowguard Point.
- Fine Delves: The Darkway, Parhelion Plaza, Atal’Aman, Sunkiller Sanctum.
- Hardest Delves: The Shadow Enclave, The Gulf of Memory.
Note
Our tier list not only focuses on high-end difficulty, but also focuses on leveling part. Leveling via Delves at the start of Midnight is one of the most efficient ways and some Delves provide more for this purpose than others.
Delves variations

One main factor can affect your Delve run, making it faster or slower, and either easier or more difficult.
- Each Delve difficulty and completion speed may vary in depend of todays active Story and there are in total 3 Story variations for each Delve.
The easiest Delves Tier 8+

Here’s a list of the easiest Delves to complete quickly, along with all Sturdy Chest locations:
Collegiate Calamity
This Delve is located in Silvermoon City (/way #2248 40.6 53.7) and is generally very quick to complete. One scenario in particular, Invasive Glow, stands out as one of the fastest options, especially on Tier 1.
If you’re leveling alts, you can run this Delve repeatedly for steady and efficient XP gains.
Tip
If your spec has strong AoE damage, like Destruction Warlock or Frost Mage, or you’re playing a tank, you can speed things up by pulling large groups of mobs in Tier 1 Delves and clearing them all at once.
Twilight Crypts
The location of Twilight Crypts is in Zul’Aman at /way #2248 25.4, 84.4 coordinates.
Party Crasher and Trapped! stories serve both as relatively fast scenarios you can complete and also not difficult in Tier 8+. Overall this Delve won’t bother you for too long.
The Grudge Pit
The location of this Delve is in Harandar at /way #2248 70.4, 64.8 coordinates.
The Grudge Pit is by far the most fun you will have in Delves. All of its scenarios are relatively fast and don’t require you following any difficult mechanics. The only downside it has, which is not really a downside, is that its not as fast as some of the best Delves. However, still The Grudge Pit is a good Delve.
Shadowguard Point
The location of this Delve is in Voidstorm at /way #2248 37.1, 49.1 coordinates.
Shadowguard Point is one of the fastest Delves for both leveling and overall ease. It might look intimidating because of the high enemy density, but it’s very manageable.
Most scenarios are straightforward, though Stolen Mana stands out as the quickest. You can play aggressively here, pull large packs of enemies together and clear them with AoE for a fast and efficient run.
Normal difficulty Delves Tier 8+

The following Delves don’t stand out in terms of quickness and don’t require any special skill. All of them take up to ~10 minutes to complete. These are fine to choose during your runs, or run once for leveling purposes, but are not as easy as previously mentioned Delves.
The Darkway
The location of this Delve is in Silvermoon at /way #2248 39.3, 31.7 coordinates, although you will travell to Suramar for this Delve.
The Darkway is a pretty average Delve and wasn’t part of the original Midnight Season 1 lineup. None of its scenarios are particularly hard, but some mobs can hit harder than expected, so don’t get careless.
Parhelion Plaza
The location of this Delve is in the Isle of Quel’Danas at /way #2248 46.8, 40.9 coordinates.
Parhelion Plaza is the newest Delve in our roster. Just like the Darkway this Delve is not particularly hard. There is not much to say, run it once for leveling purpose and then focus on other Delves in our list.
Atal’Aman
The location of this Delve is in Zul’Aman at /way #2248 63.7, 80.1 coordinates.
Atal’Aman has one standout scenario, Toadly Unbecoming, which is very quick and easy, you can clear it in one big pull and AoE everything down.
The other scenarios aren’t as efficient, but overall it’s still a solid Delve and far from the worst option.
Sunkiller Sanctum
The location of this Delve is in the Voidstorm at /way #2248 54.8, 47.1 coordinates.
Sunkiller Sanctum, just like our previous entries doesn’t really have much to offers in terms of either leveling or Tier 8+ Bountiful Delves. It’s absolutely mediocre, but this doesn’t make this Delve bad in any way.
The worst Delves Tier 8+

The following Delves are the worst for runs, as they contain extra mechanics, tougher enemies, bosses, and Elites. Even with the right ilvl gear and knowledge, these delves can take up to 15-20 minutes to complete.
The Shadow Enclave
The location of this Delve is in Eversong Woods at /way #2248 45.5, 86.0 coordinates.
This Delve would be decent overall, but it’s held back by one of the longest scenarios on the list. Mirror Shine can drag the run out significantly, making it a frustrating experience.
Even though the other scenarios are easy, this one alone is enough to place Shadow Enclave in the lower tier of Delves.
The Gulf of Memory
The location of this Delve is in Harandar at /way #2248 36.7, 49.6 coordinates.
The Gulf of Memory is the worst Delve in our list, is it bad, kinda especially if you compare. It has one of the toughest Delve boss – Mul’tha’ul, which you can see in 2 of its scenarios. There are also tedious mobs that will require you following mechanics and even the layout for this Delve is hostile as you can be entangled if you step in the wrong direction.
Complete this Delve once and then forget about it.
This is it for our Season 1 Midnight Delves Tier 8+ tier list. As you can see, most of the Delves are actually fine, especially in comparison to TWW Delves.

Im not sure when you created this but on t11 you probably didn’t tried all the versions, or its completely different on different characters. I agree with Waterworks, the end boss is pretty much one shooting you with most of his specials, best tactic for the totem is always drop it so you have a nice arena and can run inside it as you have to dodge a lot so it would go off quickly , but the tree leaders in Night sanctum are pretty much one shooting you without even trying just their basic attack even with one of them CC. Its completely unbalanced. I completed already 8 of the 12 delves on ilvl610. the only ones that I still have to do is Waterworks, Nightfall sanctum, The underkeep (this with the trials is a bad joke, fighting groups of enemies where most single ones can kill you in seconds and you have mostly 3-4 of them at once + the end boss.. got him to 10 percent twice and he just stopped inside the blue shit witch one shots you and started casting the spell that you must interrupt or you are pretty much one shooted … bad rng not enough lives to get more tries.) and the Spiral weave. Most of the ones you have in the most difficult i had not much issue with ….
Spiral wave on Tortured hostages is quite ok zero issue there.
I’ve done them at all tier 11 except for Skittering Breach. It’s at least 500x harder than the others, blizzard really need to address it
Clear the previous platform right before the boss, and fight him there instead. It’ll make the fight a lot easier.
why is dread pit in secon tier? its actualy easyest and fastest delve at all, Im able to run it under 8min
After Mycomancer Cavern for me Kriegval and Waterworks are without question the easiest and fastest at 10-12 min solo on T8 both as tank and DPS.
