The Super Mario Bros. Movie: Bowser Adorable Love Song

2 min read 2 4

Can you believe it? An adorable love song coming from the Big Bad Bowser? Well, as funny as it sounds, the Super Mario Bros. Movie has really deepened the series’ main antagonist’s character, and it’s absolutely endearing.

In the Mario series, Bowser is often portrayed as the villain. His main objective is to capture Princess Peach. Mainly because he wants to have power and control over the Mushroom Kingdom. But in some games, Nintendo does hint that Bowser may have feelings for Peach. However, it usually serves a comedic effect rather than anything romantic. Yet, Illumination, the animation studio behind the film, has cleverly laced in a scene sweet enough to make the whole world swoon before the charm of the giant spiky turtle.

But enough talking, we’ll let you experience the song first-hand. Kudos to Jack Black and his outstanding performance!
