The Past is Prologue event in Destiny 2 will run from January 21 to February 4. Make sure to spend all your Bento Tokens before the event ends because they will be removed.

How to unlock Chatterwhite Shaders in Destiny 2 Past is Prologue
After you spend at least 5 Bento Tokens, you will be able to unlock the Chatterwhite Shaders. Go to the Drifter in the Tower Annex, where he’ll task you with investigating a vending machine nearby. You’ll find the vending machine just outside Ada-1 room, where Archie is. Investigate the machine, and you’ll unlock the Chatterwhite shaders.
Destiny 2 Past is Prologue guide: Quests
To start the event, go to the Tower and talk to Drifter. He will ask for your help and give you several quests to complete. On the first week of the event he will only give you 4 quests. Past is Prologue Drifter quests
A Dubious Bento
To complete this quest, you’ll need to collect Dubious Celery from defeated Gambit targets and Century Eggs from combatants on the Moon. A total of 10 of each item is required for 1 Bento Token.
Focus on playing Gambit matches to collect Dubious Celery. Then, farm Sentry Eggs on the Moon by completing public events or targeting large groups of enemies in Sorrows Harbor.
Martial Mementos
Earn 200 points by defeating enemies using specific weapons — Witherhoard, Xenophage, Touch of Malice, Malfeasance, or Arbalest. The reward is again 1 Bento Token.
Use Witherhoard to clear large groups of enemies efficiently, especially in places with high-density mobs. Xenophage or Malfeasance are great alternatives.
Nightmare Lunch
Complete activities on the Moon, with bonus progress granted for Nightmare Hunts. Get 60 points to complete this quest and collect another Bento Token.
Nightmare Hunts are the best activities to complete this quest quickly, as it will only take you around two runs to finish the quest.
The Stuff of Legends
Complete two final encounters in any raid or dungeon, with raid completions granting bonus progress. This is the only quest rewarding 2 Bento Tokens.
Although the most rewarding, this will also be the hardest quest to complete, depending on your skill level. If you struggle with raids and dungeons and can’t find a good team, Destiny 2 boosting can be one of the ways to solve these problems.
Past is Prologue Xur quests
Dredgens of Yore
This quest requires you to get final blows in Crucible or Gambit. Hand Cannon kills in Gambit will grant additional progress. A total of 50 points is needed to complete the quest and get 1 Bento Token.
Focus on the Crucible for faster progress. Otherwise, play Gambit and aim for kills with your hand cannon for bonus points.
Nightmare Kills
Defeat 3 Nightmare bosses and challenging combatants on the Moon to progress this quest. You will receive 1 Bento Token for the quest.
Focus on running Nightmare Hunts, which guarantees progress for this quest. Alternatively, farm the Altars of Sorrow activity.
Snakebite
Secure 200 final blows with Gambit weapons. Once again, rewarding you with 1 Bento Token.
This one is pretty easy, as you can use any gambit weapons and farm kills on PvE enemies.
