Destiny 2 player claimed World First solo The Witness
In an extraordinary feat, Destiny 2 player Bog On My Dog has made history claiming World First solo The Witness in Salvation’s Edge.
Salvation’s Edge, Destiny 2’s latest raid, was first introduced in the Final Shape expansion on June 7, 2024. Taking Guardians to the Traveler’s Pale Heart, Salvation’s Edge marks the Guardians’ climatic showdown with Destiny’s main antagonist in the Light and Darkness saga, The Witness.
While team Parabellum conquered The Witness after 18 hours and 57 minutes, earning the raid’s World First and coveted belt, The Witness remains the ultimate challenge for solo raiders. However, that challenge is now in the past. Today, Bog On My Dog made history by achieving the World First solo defeat of The Witness, being the first player to ever down said foe single-handedly:
