Destiny 2 Winter Event: The Dawning 2022 Is Live
A new winter arrives, bringing one of the most rewarding festive seasons to Destiny 2’s doorstep: the Dawning. From December 13 to January 3, players get to throw snowballs, accumulate new powerful loot, bake cookies, and admire the brightly decorated Tower while soaking up the joyful atmosphere.
BAKING COOKIES
Eva Levante has returned and is at the center of these holiday festivities. She will gladly lend you her oven if you ask. You need to pay a small fee of Dawning Essence to use her oven, which you can acquire by completing in-game activities and weekly Eva bounties.
With Eva’s oven, you can bake cookies for the NPC and discover new ones by combining what ingredients you have. In the end, your effort will definitely pay off, as the rewards are absolutely satisfying.

NEW ARMOR ORNAMENTS
The holiday will only be fulfilled if there are ornaments involved. Lucky for us, the Youtuber Esoterickk has put together a video of the latest armor skins for every class: from Titan to Hunter and Warlock.

There will be a total of five weapons available in the Dawning event of 2022.
EVENT CARD
You will earn new loot and resources if you finish every challenge in the Event Card. In addition, the title “Star Baker” will also be yours if you have completed this event’s Seal.
If you are a Guardian who wants fast completion, consider upgrading your event card. With 1,000 Silver, you can get both basic and additional rewards. It includes the Mountainside Shell, Forward Erebus Sparrow, emotes, a transmat effect, and more.
That’s pretty much everything notable for the in-game event. If you don’t want to spend your entire holiday season indoors, consider joining the in-real-life Dawning festival hosted by Bungie this December.
