Thanks to Overflow, the weapon has the potential of having two rockets in the chamber quite often, which translates into insane burst-DPS. Best mod to accompany it is Adept Big Ones Spec, to make it hit even harder. This weapon is perfect for GM runs. As for PvP, Rocket Launchers are not that handy, but Quickdraw or Tracking Module and Cluster Bombs perks combo can do the trick.
