Plunderstorm Creator Royale Tournament 2025: $50,000 prize pool
The Creator Royale Tournament, where 60 popular streamers will compete for $50,000, is about to take place in 2025!

Plunderstorm returns in WoW Patch 11.0.7 with exciting new features and updates, and alongside it comes the Creator Royale Tournament. 60 renowned content creators will once again lock horns in intense battles across the Arathi Highlands in Plunderstorm Duo mode and fight to be the last pair standing and their share of the $50,000 prize pool.
Plunderstorm Creator Royale tournament format
Points will be awarded based on match placements and eliminations, building up to an intense showdown for the top duos. The Creator Royale tournament format in 2025 introduces several changes compared to 2024:
Matches 1-5:
- 2025: Points are awarded based on placement and eliminations only for matches 1-5.
- 2024: Points were awarded based on placement and eliminations across all matches (1-8).
Match 6:
- 2025: Only the top 3 teams can win the event by placing first in Match 6.
- 2024: From Match 6 onward, if one of the top teams placed first, they won the event.
Match 7:
- 2025: The top 10 teams can win the event by placing first in Match 7.
- 2024: Same rule as Match 6 — a win by any top team secured the event.
Match 8 is the only match that remains unchanged in 2025. If no winner is determined by Match 7, Match 8 becomes a free-for-all where any team that places first wins the event.

- In 2025: The Plunderstorm Creator Royale Tournament will start on January 25, 2025 at 10 AM (PST) / 18 (GMT)
- In 2024: The Plunderstorm Creator Royale Tournament started on March 30, 2024 at 10 AM (PDT).
