Doubleagent reached level 80, but not World First Neutral
The famous Neutral Pandaren of Doubleagent reached level 80 in The War Within recently. However, this time, he wasn’t the first Neutral player to achieve this milestone.
After spending time in Dragonflight, leveling five Neutral characters to 70 and avoiding WoW’s conflicts, Doubleagent arrived in The War Within. The diligent Pandaren continued to focus on gathering herbs and mining ores to level up without engaging in any combat.
After 10 days and 10 hours of effort, Doubleagent reached level 80 in The War Within. That’s two days faster than his previous achievement of leveling from 60 to 70 in Dragonflight. However, this time, it wasn’t enough for the Pandaren to claim the World First Neutral title.
Gigabear claimed World First Neutral in The War Within
Gigabear reached level 80 in The War Within in just one hour and one minute. That’s a lot faster than traditionally gathering herbs and ores.
To achieve this, he needed some key things to finish specific tasks as follows:
- Gold. Over two million gold was spent to purchase Hunter’s Ink, essential for creating Rogues Darkmoon cards.
- The Warbank. Crucial for obtaining the Mysterious Tarot, which can’t be obtained on the Wandering Isle.
- The Mysterious Tarot. By combining Mysterious Tarot with Hunter’s Ink, Gigabear was able to create Rogues Darkmoon cards. Collecting three specific cards allowed him to form a Rogues Deck. Once the deck was formed, the Darkmoon Fortune Teller NPC appeared to let him complete the quest.
- Three characters. Since the NPC remained available for only two minutes and had a five-minute cooldown, three characters were needed. The alts were used to resummon the NPC and keep the process moving smoothly, ensuring the quest could be managed efficiently.
Each quest only grants 260-290 XP. However, the cumulative experience gained is significantly higher than traditional methods of gathering herbs and mining ores. The entire process took approximately 18 hours, using macros to expedite the quest completion.
