Before each match begins, you and your party are transported to a small preparation hub in Undermine, just outside the arena. Here, you can consume food and drinks that provide score-boosting buffs (more details on these later). Once your party is ready, you can proceed to the gate, initiating a 10-second countdown.
Upon the countdown’s completion, a 5-minute match timer starts, and the event begins. The current high score will be displayed, providing a benchmark for your Dastardly Duos run. Within the arena, you’ll find trash and props. Once all of these are destroyed, the first duo boss encounter will appear. After defeating this boss pair, a new pair will spawn, and this cycle continues until the timer expires, ending the event. Players’ event scores determine their ranking, placing them in first through fifth place based on performance.
- Week 3: Provides you with the Mean-Ball Bed battle pet.
