WoW Chinese-exclusive mount: Blazing Royal Firehawk

The Blazing Royal Firehawk is a stunning mount with wings inspired by traditional Chinese embroidery. Their designs resemble auspicious xiangyun clouds (祥云), symbols of immortality, good fortune, and prosperity in Chinese culture. Often seen in imperial art and during celebrations like the Lunar New Year, xiangyun clouds are also believed to bring blessings, success, and positive energy. This mount is the product of a collaboration between World of Warcraft China and the Chinese Embroidery Art Museum in Suzhou.
The mount shares a similar base model with the Corrupted Fire Hawk and Pureblood Fire Hawk from Firelands. At first, it may seem like a simple recolor, but its intricate wing ornamentation sets it apart, making it into an entirely new mount.

WoW players worldwide call for equal access to content
While WoW players in China are celebrating, players around the world are much less thrilled. Frustration is growing over the exclusive content reserved for China and America, with many calling on Blizzard to make these perks accessible to all.
Some players are also voicing their discontentment with the rise of microtransactions in the game. It’s clear that Blizzard needs to generate revenue. However, gamers still feel that locking so much great content behind exclusivity and microtransactions is diminishing the magic of Azeroth.
