For example, Reddit user raoasidg shared that they still have their Blazecycle, but the Thrillbot and Chillbot are missing from their pet journal. Redditor DoughyInTheMiddle reported that all of their cosmetic items are gone, though they still have their Blazecycle. However, there are more severe cases where players have lost every Mountain Dew item they ever received, including the Hateforged Blazecycle, pets, tabards, and belts.

Some players have chosen to hold off on redeeming their codes to avoid these issues. Others who have already redeemed their codes now have no other choice but to wait for a fix. Needless to say, players are both confused and frustrated. After all, they had to purchase the Mtn Dew promo products to unlock these exclusive in-game rewards.
