Great customer service
*UPDATED*After chatting with a rep, they explained everything clearly to me and presented a reasonable solution to the problem I had.They handled this very professionally as any good company does.Thank you Wowvendor!When they complete a service it is fine, however for me several times at random they will change the schedule, or not keep to the schedule, or change it at the last minute without warning.For example there was run I had where the start time was pushed ahead 15-20 minutes with a random 15 minute break in the middle of what was already going pretty slow. Then after the second to last encounter I was told that the final encounter would have to be completed another day and to message for a reschedule.I did so which was another 1-1/2 hours of waiting only to never receive an invite, and 25 minutes past the scheduled time being told that it should be starting soon. The communication is just not good and responses are very delayed.
