Retail WoW roadmap 2025: Winter
In the Winter of 2024-2025, WoW retail brings along:
- The War Within Patch 11.0.7 with the new zone Siren Isle, new story and quests, Cyrce’s Circlet, Turbulent Timeways, Winter Veil, and more holiday updates.
- The return of Plunderstorm.
- The War Within Patch 11.1, Season 2, with the new zone Undermine. Coming with it is the Liberation of Undermine raid and a brand-new dungeon Operation: Floodgate. Players can also expect to see more about D.R.I.V.E, some new Delves, Cartel Renown, and Warbands UI updates.

We have yet to know for sure what the secret symbols at the end of the WoW 2025 roadmap can be, but it closely resembles the ogre mark previously shown in the Lords of War: Kargath cinematic.
There’s a theory that this could hint at a Warlords of Draenor Remix or ogre-related content. For example, an event similar to Plunderstorm, but featuring battles in the Ogre Colosseum, as ogres are known for their gladiatorial combat.
WoW Classic roadmap 2025: Cataclysm and Mist of Pandaria Classic
Shadowlands Classic might not be too far off! Jokes aside, fans are thrilled for the return of Mists of Pandaria in Classic. After all, MoP remains one of the most beloved expansions to date. Cataclysm Classic will wrap up its run in the autumn and winter of 2024, transitioning into 2025. During this time, players can look forward to:
