WoW Dragonflight: Evoker’s Legendary Confirmed
Dragonflight Patch 10.1: Embers of Neltharion brings exciting news for Evokers. The draconic warriors are going to receive their legendary weapon soon. This article may contain some minor spoilers, so brace yourself and proceed with caution.
What We Know about the Evoker’s Legendary So Far
According to Wowhead, Scalecommander Sarkareth from the Aberrus raid might drop an exclusive legendary weapon tailored specifically for Evokers. This speculation is based on what Game Director Ion Hazzikostas has hinted before:

Aside from that, today, Blizzard has hotfixed a new item and spell into the game. Thus, confirming the presence of said legendary and the mean to get it. Apparently, it’ll be through crafting.
Based on the spell’s description, it teaches players the professions to craft part of the new version of the Oathmaker. The name may signify a potential connection to Neltharion’s Oathbinder. This indicates a grand transformation in the Evokers. They are now in control of their decision, instead of being compelled under the influence of mind control. The item is obviously obtained through crafting. It requires three parts made by three different professions. Namely, Blacksmithing, Jewelcrafting, and Engineering.

As for the new item, it’s a BoP legendary that goes by the name of Cracked Titan Gem. Picking it up will begin a quest exclusive to the Evokers. Thus, perhaps this is what Scalecommander Sarkareth will drop once he’s defeated.

Remaining Questions and Speculations
The anticipation for the Oathmaker grows. Therefore, some unanswered questions and intriguing speculations are swirling among the Evoker community.
1. Who will be the “powerful ally” bestowed with the sphere of Order? Speculations range from the individual with the highest DPS or HP to someone with the full raid tier set. Alternatively, it’s possible that possession of the full tier-piece from the raid may play a role in determining the worthy candidate.
2. Defeating Scalecommander Sarkareth may be the key to earning the Cracked Titan Gem.
