Long overlooked and overshadowed, now, Warlock’s Doomguard dominates MoP Remix with incredible damage!
For veteran WoW players, it’s no surprise that certain game elements often fall into obscurity, overshadowed by newer, more powerful options. Take the Doomguard, for example. Being a longstanding demon pet in the Warlock’s arsenal, this creature’s existence has been overlooked for years, dwelling in the shadows of insignificance. Yet, recently, WoW Remix has thrust the Doomguard back into the limelight. All thanks to its surprisingly unprecedented power beyond anyone’s imagination.
In WoW retail, the Doomguard demon pet is not popular. Summoning one requires organizing a Ritual of Doom with four other players, one of whom will inevitably die. After the ritual, the Warlock must convince their teammates not to kill the Doomguard so they can Enslave Demon. Yet, despite these efforts, the summoned creature’s damage output remains modest. And to add, once the effect of Enslave Demon wears off, the Doomguard will start attacking its owner. Given its unpredictability and limited effectiveness, players often summon it more for amusement than strategic gameplay.
Doomguard Dominates MoP Remix
However, in WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria, the Doomguard has unexpectedly become a valuable asset. Player feedback suggests that the Doomguard can now contribute up to 80% of a Warlock’s total damage output in both dungeons and raids. This has caught many by surprise. Apparently, the developers may have underestimated or overlooked the creature’s true potential.
