The War Within: Human Racial Diplomacy Will Be Removed
With the arrival of WoW’s 10th expansion, Human racial Diplomacy will be removed. No more reputation bonus in The War Within.
In a recent preview of the upcoming Warbands feature in The War Within, Blizzard has announced a significant change for the Human race. Apparently, the Human racial Diplomacy will be removed. This decision stems from concerns raised by Blizzard regarding the 10% reputation bonus associated with Diplomacy.
The Diplomacy passive provides human characters with a significant advantage in accumulating reputation. This allows them to access rewards at a much faster pace compared to other races. As a result, Blizzard has chosen to remove the Diplomacy passive to rectify this disparity. By doing so, they seek to alleviate any pressure on players to favor specific characters or races in their pursuit of Warband-level rewards.
The race-specific bonus for humans will undergo a rework. At the time of writing, Blizzard has yet to reveal what changes it has in store. However, the developers have reassured players that further details will be provided at a later date.
