Patch 10.2.7 Cinematic: Khadgar’s Awkward Social Skills
We love the Archmage! However, his social skills in Patch 10.2.7 cinematic are questionable.
Set for release on May 7, 2024, Patch 10.2.7: Dark Heart is generating buzz among gamers eagerly awaiting the final chapter of Dragonflight. As expected, Dark Heart will serve as the stepping stone to the events in The War Within. Adding to the excitement, Blizzard has introduced an in-game cinematic featuring Jaina, Khadgar, and Alleria. The three iconic characters discuss the enigmatic Radiant Song, the mysterious Dark Heart relic, and the ominous Harbinger.

Fans are responding positively to the cinematic, praising its improved dialogue and human-like voice acting. Gone are the days of characters speaking at x0.25 playback speed. They actually sound human and have emotions now. Yet, even that can’t mask the fact that Khadgar’s social skills have been nerfed to the ground. The leader of the Kirin Tor can’t help but rub into Alleria’s face about her family and the Void. But, we’ll let you judge for yourself:
Other than concerns about Khadgar’s ways with words, players are increasingly anxious about his fate in The War Within.
