Here’s what the Adventure Guide reveals about Manaforge Omega:
“Manaforge Omega, built to harness arcane power from the wastes of K’aresh, now hums with a sinister radiance. Within it, Nexus-King Salhadaar attempts to reawaken Dimensius, the All-Devouring, in a bid for ultimate power. The champions of Azeroth must disrupt Manaforge Omega’s operations or else risk a reborn Dimensius feasting on reality itself.”

Manaforge Omega map

Manaforge Omega is divided into three sections, each containing four layers or rooms, which you can explore here. This structure mainly applies to Raid Finder, as players on other difficulties can move freely between wings after clearing the bosses.

Manaforge Omega bosses

Manaforge Omega features 8 bosses. One of them (The Soul Hunters) is optional and can be skipped. This marks the first optional raid boss since Ulduar in Wrath of the Lich King. Let’s take a closer look at each boss encounter.
Plexus Sentinel boss

The Plexus Sentinel patrols the massive machinery of Manaforge Omega, acting as the first line of defense. Its duty is to ensure that energy drawn from the shattered world of K’aresh is perfectly filtered before reaching the manaforge’s core. Any impurities must be neutralized. All contaminants must be destroyed.
Loom’ithar boss

“Careful genetic modification has engendered in this beast an exquisitely-rare sensitivity to magical energies. Purpose-bred for the ability to infuse arcane energy into its prodigious silk weaving, it creates “living silk” perfect for the Soulbinder to use in binding Shadowguards.”
— WoW Adventure Guide
In this chaotic two-phase battle with Loom’ithar, a monstrous silkbeast that guards its lair with deadly threads and unstable arcane energy. The arena itself becomes a shifting web of danger as players break through collapsing rings, dodge volatile bursts, and outrun choking silk. At half health, the creature violently tears itself in two, pouring raw arcane ichor across the battlefield and unleashing even more furious attacks. The second phase is a frantic survival challenge as the beast rampages freely, shedding its own magical essence and dragging players into the storm of its final, unhinged rage.
Soulbinder Naazindhri boss

“Without Soulbinder Naazindhri, the immense army of the Shadowguard would not exist. Coaxing the souls of ethereals out of the Twisting Nether, the Soulbinder binds them in living silk and in purpose to serve the Shadowguard. While using the Shadowguard to defend herself, she also considers them her children. Slaying them will only focus her ire.”
— WoW Adventure Guide
Within a chamber powered by the twisted Soul Machine, lost K’areshi spirits are painfully reforged into Ethereal servants, only to be discarded once they outlive their purpose. As the Soulbinder floods the arena with volatile energy and corrupted silk, players must dodge devastating soul-shattering orbs, interrupt deadly rituals, and face waves of empowered spirits seeking rebirth. Chaos erupts as binding machines overload, allies erupt with unstable energy, and the battlefield is torn between creation and annihilation.
Forgeweaver Araz boss

“Using powerful sigils and technospells, Forgeweaver Araz controls the flow of energy from the forge into Dimensius, feeding the void lord to bring him into our plane. An ardent follower of the All-Devouring, he strives to see his work through, at all costs.”
— WoW Adventure Guide
The battle against Forgeweaver Araz is a relentless struggle to stop a deadly ritual. Drawing power from his enemies, Araz feeds the Manaforge in a desperate attempt to empower Dimensius. As energy surges through arcane collectors and echoes of Araz mirror his attacks, the arena becomes a warzone of unstable magic, pulsing forges, and surging manifestations. When the ritual is disrupted, Araz sacrifices his own essence, tearing open a rift to the Void. The final phase is a chaotic descent into darkness, where players are pulled toward a growing singularity while fending off empowered void creatures and the last violent eruptions of the forge.
The Soul Hunters boss

“Adarus, now a demon hunter brimming with barely-contained abyssal power, seeks to devour the void energy surrounding Manaforge Omega. His deadly allies, Ilyssa Darksorrow and Velaryn Bloodwrath, have joined Adarus in pursuit of larger prey. Together, they will destroy all who oppose them, leaving nothing but chaos in their wake.”
— WoW Adventure Guide
The Soul Hunters encounter is a three-part battle where Adarus, Velaryn, and Ilyssa each bring their own deadly power to the fight. Adarus warps reality with Void energy, marking players for torment while his shadows tear the ground apart. Velaryn, driven by fury, sears the battlefield with eye beams and deadly hunts, punishing anyone in her path with fire and chaos. Ilyssa rips souls from her enemies, turning their essence into explosive fuel. As their fury builds, each Demon Hunter unleashes their Metamorphosis, plunging the arena into a storm of Void, flame, and soul-rending torment. Survival demands perfect coordination, quick reactions, and the will to endure overwhelming pain.
Fractillus boss

“An elemental born of the crags and dunes surrounding the Manaforge, Fractillus guards his domain by harnessing the power of the biting sands and hardened glass of the inhospitable wastes.
— WoW Adventure Guide
The encounter with Fractillus is a chaotic test of positioning, timing, and spatial awareness. As this crystalline void titan pounds the ground, it summons jagged crystal walls that erupt behind players, setting traps across the arena. These Nexuses explode violently when shattered, launching deadly shrapnel and void-infused energy in all directions. At peak energy, Fractillus unleashes a devastating backhand that hurls players into the very crystals they hoped to avoid. With the ground shaking from Entropic Shockwaves and bodies turning to crystal mid-fight, every move must be precise or risk being shattered in a storm of void and stone.
Nexus-King Salhadaar boss

“Once the ruler of K’aresh and sworn to defeat Dimensius, Nexus-King Salhadaar reveals that he formed a pact with the very being that shattered his homeworld. Atop his Royal Voidwing, Salhadaar commands the Shadowguard to ensure the return of his master, Dimensius.”
— WoW Adventure Guide
The multiphase battle against Nexus-King Salhadaar filled with void corruption, regal commands, and cosmic devastation. At first, he tests players’ loyalty with dark oaths, turning the weak into thralls or condemning them to be torn apart by his draconic Voidwing. As the fight progresses, Salhadaar merges with his mount, raining destruction from the skies while conjuring stars and shadows to tear the battlefield apart. In the final phase, with the world shrouded in twilight, Salhadaar unleashes apocalyptic force, summoning orbiting Dark Stars, launching galactic strikes, and calling forth star-shattering images of himself.
Dimensius, the All-Devouring boss

“Deep within Manaforge Omega, Dimensius the All-Devouring and destroyer of K’aresh is slowly waking as his devoted ethereal followers use the Dark Heart to give him sustenance. If they succeed, they will unleash a being of unfathomable power that could destroy the very fabric of reality.”
— WoW Adventure Guide
The final confrontation with Dimensius is a massive, universe-shaking battle that pushes every limit of coordination, survival, and scale. From the first moment, he attempts to devour the raid in a gravitational collapse, forcing players to manage their mass, positioning, and movement with pinpoint precision. As the fight unfolds, Dimensius tears open the cosmos, reverses gravity, rains antimatter, and unleashes black holes that annihilate anything they touch. When his health fails, he drags players into the Dark Heart, a swirling void where you must fly to survive, dodging collapsing stars and shattered worlds. Just when escape seems near, Dimensius enters his final phase, summoning Voidstars, warping space, and preparing a Supernova that could end all life. The reality itself will collapse if you fail.
