Get Ashes of Al'ar from The Timewalking Cache

The Burning Crusade Timewalking event runs from April 23 to April 30. So, it is still a good opportunity to try your luck! Once you defeat Illidan Stormragein the Black Temple raid and complete the Disturbance Detected quest, you receive a Cache of Timewarped Treasures as a reward. There is a high odds that the cache may contain the highly sought-after Ashes of Al’ar mount.

How to Get Ashes of Al’ar from the Timewalking Cache

To get Ashes of Al’ar from the Cache of Timewarped Treasures, follow these steps:

  1. First, you must receive the Disturbance Detected Black Temple quest from Vormu, whom you can find in Shattrath City.
  2. Join a group of other players and clear the Black Temple raid.
  3. Keep in mind the fact you only have to defeat Illidan Stormrage and get the Timewarped Illidari Battleplans dropped from him. Once you have performed all the steps, the precious cache is in your bag!

Other Timewalking Rewards Worthy of Your Attention

If you have already had Ashes of Al’ar in your collection, it is still worth visiting the raid. Each boss inside drops armor with an item level of 493. Moreover, the cache itself includes gear of an item level 506, which is equivalent to the rewards provided by high-level Mythic+ dungeons in Season 4.

Conclusion

The Timewalking events have always been a good opportunity to raise your item level through both dungeons and raids. Other than that, it is a nice and enjoyable idea to experience the old content on a difficulty equivalent to the actual one in Dragonflight. It is like you are really traveling back in time!

What do you think of all this? Do you plan on getting the Ashes of Al’ar mount, or have you had it for a while? We would love to hear your opinion in the comments!
