What is Puzzling Cartel Chips
Puzzling Cartel Chips, also known as Dinars, are a currency coming to The War Within, halfway through Season 3 with the Turbo Boost event release. Dinars let you buy Heroic raid gear from Manaforge Omega raid, even if you don’t consistently raiding. You can also get M+ trinkets and Mythic-level gear, but only if you’ve done the Mythic raid.
You need 3 Dinars to buy any item.
This system is based on the Dinars from Shadowlands. You can use Chips to buy loot that didn’t drop for you, including top BiS items like trinkets and weapons.
How to get Dinars in 11.2.5
A new weekly quest (Turbo-Boost: Powerhouse Challenges or Ultra Prime Deluxe Turbo-Boost: Powerhouse Challenges) lets you earn Puzzling Cartel Chips. To complete it, you need to defeat 4 bosses from the Manaforge Omega raid in any difficulty (LFR included). As an alternative, you can complete 4 M+ dungeons.
We don’t yet know where this quest will be given, but it’s likely to appear in some crowded location of K’aresh, or players will get it automatically when logging in.
In week one, you get 3 Chips. After that, each week gives 1 Dinar. You can get up to 9 Dinars per character in total.
TWW Season 3 Dinar release date
War Within Dinars will be available starting October 21, 2025. After 7 weeks, you will be able to collect a total of 9 Dinars and obtain 3 items.

The developers introduced a catch-up system for Dinars. You can earn any missing Dinars through repeatable quests.
Even if you’ve already looted LFR bosses for the week and completed your Turbo-Boost: Powerhouse Challenges quest, you can still go back in and defeat LFR bosses again to earn missing Dinars or collect Dinars for your alts.
You can save your Dinars for later to buy Mythic-level loot, if you are planning to progress in the Mythic raid.

Here’s a list of Manaforge Omega raid items available from the Puzzling Cartel Chips vendor. Both Heroic and Mythic versions are sold, so make sure you buy the correct one if you’ve unlocked the Mythic upgrade track for that item.
What to buy with Dinars in 11.2.5 patch
Of course, you should focus on missing BiS gear that will increase your build’s performance the most. However, we also recommend picking up some of the rare drops from the raid, if they suit you.
And of course, check your build’s BiS list in 11.2 to see exactly what items you should aim for. You can also use Dinar items to gear up your alt characters if your main no longer needs any upgrades.
How to get Dungeon Trinkets with Dinars
For 3 Puzzling Cartel Chips you can get any dungeon trinket. Only the item level varies, depending on your progress in Mythic+ dungeons.

How to get Dinar raid gear
All Puzzling Cartel Chips are the same, and there’s a single Dinar vendor for all the loot. However, the item level of the gear you can buy varies depending on your MFO progress.
Hero track Manaforge Omega Dinars items
You can purchase a Heroic-level item from a specific boss in Manaforge Omega using 3 Dinars, if you have defeated that boss on Normal difficulty.
Mythic track Manaforge Omega Dinars items
Mythic level loot is trickier to get. In order to unlock it you need to defeat at least once a Mythic raid boss, from whom this item drops.
For example, if you want to buy the Mythic ilvl All-Devouring Nucleus with Dinars, you must have defeated Mythic Dimensius at least once beforehand. This rule applies to any MFO boss following the same principle. To make this easier, you can consider using our WoW raid boost to secure all Mythic boss kills.
