Naxxramas loot: Hardmode rewards & mounts
It is still unclear if Naxxramas Hardmode will provide unique cosmetic rewards. However, four new mounts have been datamined and could be tied to Hardmode achievements. These mounts are related to The Four Horsemen mounts and are speculated to be either Drops from Hardmode bosses or Hardmode Checkpoints milestone rewards (For example after completing Hardmode Arachnid Quarter players would be able to get one of these mounts).

Naxxramas loot: Sanctified gear
Sanctified Gear is a new type of equipment introduced in Season of Discovery Phase 7, specifically for Naxxramas. Similar to Timesworn gear from Phase 6, it provides a scaling bonus based on how many pieces are equipped. However, unlike other gear bonuses, Sanctified Gear’s effects only work within Naxxramas.
The strength of this bonus is determined by three factors:
- The number of Sanctified Gear pieces you have equipped.
- Your Seal of the Dawn rank. Higher ranks significantly boost the power of the bonus.
- The difficulty level of your Naxxramas raid. Higher difficulties allow for greater scaling, but the bonus is capped based on the number of empowered wings cleared.
Bonus Scaling:
- Starts at 1.25% power increase per item at Rank 1 Seal of the Dawn.
- Goes up to 37.5% per item at Rank 10.
- Maximum benefit caps at 8 items.

Seal of the Dawn Bonuses by role:
Your first Seal of the Dawn is obtained at the start of Naxxramas from a special NPC. When you enter the raid, you will receive the quest Hope Begins in the Dark.
Hope Begins in the Dark (Quest):
- Objective: Receive the Seal of the Dawn.
- Reward: Choose one of the Seal of the Dawn variants (DPS, Tank, or Healer).
Simply turn in the quest to claim your Seal, allowing you to start benefiting from Sanctified Gear bonuses immediately. If you wish to switch roles later, additional Seal variants can be purchased from a vendor once you’ve reached the required rank.
The Seal of the Dawn offers three different bonus variations, tailored for DPS, tanks, and healers. Once you reach a certain rank, you can purchase an alternate version of the Seal from a vendor, allowing you to adapt your bonuses based on your role.
