SoD hotfixes

Blizzard has released a new hotfix for Season of Discovery that brings several important changes to the game. First, the new Ahn’Qiraj flasks, which were previously limited to a stack size of 1, can now stack up to 20. This change makes it much easier to carry and use these valuable items. However, older Ahn’Qiraj flasks remain unchanged and still stack to 5.

In addition to the flask changes, the hotfix also improves the Moonkin Form for Druids. The spell damage bonus for Moonkin Form has been increased from 2 to 3 per level, giving Druids a bit more power in combat. Finally, the hotfix fixes an issue with the Shadow Priest’s T2.5 2-piece set bonus for SoD. It will now correctly trigger a free Mind Spike when casting the first Mind Flay

In Blizzard’s blue post they actually made a mistake, and instead of Mind Spike wrote Mind Flay. In the tier set bonus it mentions only Mind Spike. Blizzard also noted that Moonkin’s form was improved. However, the exact change in numbers was mentioned in the previous hotfix from December 4. Be mindful that Blizzard can make mistakes in their statements, and double check information.

These adjustments should make gameplay smoother and more enjoyable for players of Phase 6 Season of Discovery. And Moonkin buffs with Shadow Priest hotfixes should make Descent into Madness mode for Ahn’Kiraji raids more accessible.

Conclusion

These hotfixes for Season of Discovery bring meaningful improvements to gameplay. The changes to Ahn’Qiraj flasks, Moonkin Form, and the Shadow Priest T2.5 set bonus will give players more power and convenience. Players can expect a more refined experience as these fixes roll out.
