Supercell revealed new Brawl Stars balance changes that will greatly affect the new meta. Those changes may bring new life for some characters while making other characters less OP.
This list has a bunch of small buffs and nerfs. Some might seem minor, but every second counts and every percent makes a difference. So don’t brush these changes off as no big deal. They might shake up the meta, but it’ll take some time in-game before we really see how things play out.

Now let’s talk buffs. This balance patch brought a wide range of changes this May. We’ve seen significantly more buffs than nerfs this time around. Hopefully, these buffs will shake up the meta and make all those Brawlers strong enough to compete at a higher level.

- Grows 4 bushes instead of 1

- Projectile damage increase from 100 to 200
- Number of bullets increased from 4 to 6

This time, the devs didn’t nerf too many Brawlers. Like the buffs, most of the nerfs focus on projectile spread and damage adjustments. Let’s take a look at all the nerfs below.

Just remove kit from the game he takes no skill to use and with his star power he’s unbeatable in showdown and how he can attach to the back of a teammate with his super while healing them and dealing a lot of damage it can be unbeatable in lots of 3v3 game modes I know he got nerfed a little a while back but he’s still so broken and by far the most no skill brawler in the game they should’ve never added him he needs a rework or to just be removed like they should just give everyone who has him refunds

He’s already not great just keep your distance with most brawlers or use a gadget or star power that counters him plus most people who use Edgar use him because he’s easy to use they have no real skill so they’re not doing anything special just find how each brawler can counter him and once you do it’s pretty easy to kill him kit is the brawler that needs to be nerfed most

Buff Pam she does not do a lot of damage at far range and she must be buffed by health and super because right now that is all the things that she is lacking a lot. So they should also nerf the reload speed just to balance it

Yes I agree he has a very slow reload speed and maybe a slight buff would be in order but I think 25% is too much I would say 10% at most because his ability to jump over walls, attacks, and any other obstacle has a ton of potential and if his reload speed is too high he would be unbeatable in the right hands

Edgar doesn’t need a buff he’s good right where he is just get his gadget that charges his super he heals himself by hitting people especially with his star power so if you just learn how to actually damage people you’d be fine also he does quite a bit of damage he’s actually very easy to use he can be countered easily by a lot of brawlers but that’s the trade off when you have an almost unbeatable at close range brawler just get better

Surge is no skill maybe mid skill or I play him the best but so I’m glad that they nerfed him he is accualy a bit broken
hes very good,he shoulnd get a buff,a nerf to his dmg would have been way better since his dmg is already very high
bro Edgar is the most painful brawler to push and he’s good on half of the maps such as Flaring Phoenix but the others like Deep End uhhhh they’re really bad for him. Also he has way too many counters such as Shelly, Piper, El Primo and most of the Damage dealers, Marksmen, Tanks even Assasins. Though I personally still love playing him cause he requires absolutely no skill. And when is Edgar getting back his fast jump?
I don’t think there’s too many counters I think easy counters should be the trade off for a no skill brawler I used to hate Edgar before I learned how to counter him but now I HATE kit he should be deleted
