Best Titan Build Destiny 2: Endgame, GM Nightfalls, and PvP

Destiny 2 is known for its flexibility and room for creativity in creating various builds. We’ve already discussed what you can do with Solar, Arc, Strand, and other Subclasses on Titan. It might seem like there’s nothing more to tell but don’t jump to conclusions, as we can highlight the very best of them. This article will show you all the best Destiny 2 Titan Builds and where they should be used.
With this Guide, you can learn how to get Melee energy or Grenade energy more efficiently, how to help your nearby allies, which Exotic you should use, which is the best melee ability to equip, why you choose each subclass, and even more info. So, let’s dive into their analysis!
Best Titan Raid Build
- Subclass: Sunbreaker
- Exotics: Synthoceps, Pyrogale Gauntlets
- Super: Burning Maul
- Aspects: Roaring Flames and Sol Invictus
- Fragments: Ember of Torches, Solace, Searing and Ashes
- Class Ability: Rally Barricade
- Melee: Throwing Hammer
- Grenade: Healing Grenade
- Must-Have Mods: Siphon Mod, Hands-on, Heavy Handed, Impact Induction, Recuperation, Bomber, Surge Mods for DPS/Special Finisher for Ammo Generation
- Recommended Stats: 100 Resilience and Discipline, Max Recovery

With the release of the Season of the Witch, Titan Build for Endgame now has an Exotic that turns Burning Maul into Burst Super, making Solar Guardians even stronger in Raids and Dungeons. With the Best Titan PvE Build, you will live forever and deal massive damage using the Throwing Hammer with a high Melee range. Roaring Flames and Sol Invictus will assist you in this by gradually increasing every Solar Ability Final Blows’ damage and creating Sunspots that provide Restoration. Fragments play an important role for these Solar Abilities, as getting Radiant and extended Buffs duration is never superfluous, especially in Endgame.
The situation with Exotics in the Titan Build Destiny 2 is quite interesting, as you’ll almost always use Synthoceps. When surrounded by enemies, it improves your Melee damage, making foes, even on Day One, not a problem with your Powered Melee attacks. However, when it comes to DPS Phases, be ready to wear Pyrogale Gauntlets. As we mentioned earlier, they turn Burning Maul into Burst Super, dealing a massive amount of damage. And to recharge this Super as quickly as possible, don’t forget to use Hands-on and Heavy Handed mods.
Speaking of Armor mods, we recommend using Special Finisher in our Best Titan Build in any situation, as you will always have ammo issues. But when it’s time for damage, equip the required Armor Charge mods, like Surge mod and Time Dilation, for maximum DPS.
Best Titan Grandmaster Build
- Subclass: Berserker
- Exotic: Abeyant Leap
- Aspects: Drengr’s Lash and Banner of War
- Fragments: Thread of Mind, Wisdom, Generation and Continuity
- Class Ability: Rally Barricade
- Grenade: Shackle Grenade
- Must-Have Mods: Siphon Mod, Heavy Ammo Finder, Focusing Strike, Bolstering Detonation, Charged Up, Stacks on Stacks, Absolution, Utility Kickstart, Reaper
- Recommended Stats: 100 Resilience and Discipline, Max Recovery

You were deeply mistaken if you thought the Suspend Nerf would somehow affect the loadout. This Subclass is still incredibly strong in PvE content, especially in Grandmasters.
The first and most crucial thing in this build is the combination of the Aspect and Exotic. Drengr’s Lash creates a ripple in reality that travels straight along the ground and suspends all targets. Abeyant Leap enhances this ability by releasing two additional ripples and providing Woven Mail on successful suspension. Additionally, we opt for a new Aspect called Banner of War, which activates on Sword, Finisher, or Melee Final Blows. Its essence lies in a pulsating banner that gradually strengthens its pulse with every Final Blow, healing all surrounding allies and increasing your Melee damage.
All that’s left is to take various Armor mods and equip Fragments to enhance abilities in our D2 Titan build:
- Thread of Mind and Generation = Class and Grenade Ability Energy
- Thread of Wisdom = more Orbs of Power
- Thread of Continuity = longer Suspend
- Focusing Strike = Class ability energy from a Melee attack damage
- Bolstering Detonation = Class ability energy from Grenade damage
- Utility Kickstart = more Rally Barricade usage by consuming Armor Charges
Best Titan PvP Build
- Subclass: Striker
- Exotics: Antaeus Wards, Dunemarchers, Peacekeepers
- Aspects: Touch of Thunder and Knockout
- Fragments: Spark of Instinct, Magnitude, Feedback and Recharge
- Class Ability: Towering Barricade
- Grenade: Lightning Grenade
- Must-Have Mods: Targeting, Loader, Dexterity, Holster and Unflinching Aim mods (which gun you prefer), Bolstering Detonation, Better Already, Recuperation, Reaper, Utility Kickstart
- Recommended stats: 100 Resilience and Discipline, Max Recovery

And, of course, who can forget the beloved Crucible, where Arc Titan has consistently dominated since the release of Arc 3.0? So, what makes this Subclass considered the best Destiny 2 Titan PvP build?
Let’s start with Aspects, as they encompass the strength of the Striker. While Touch of Thunder improves many Grenades, the perfect for Crucible is undoubtedly Lightning, as it gets an additional charge and can apply Jolt to enemies. Knockout remains powerful even after its nerf, increasing melee lunge and damage after wounding a target or breaking their shield. Moreover, this Aspect also grants health regeneration and makes you Amplified after a Melee Final Blow.
Though you can play with any Exotic of your choice, we can’t help but suggest the three perfect examples:
- Antaeus Wards made noise in PvP since, upon sliding after sprinting, it provides a Barrier that reflects anything, even Supers
- Dunemarchers can be deemed the most consistent of all, enhancing sprint speed and boosting your Melee, allowing it to deal extra damage with Melee attacks to surrounding enemies with
- Peacekeepers are a must-have choice if you primarily play with SMGs due to numerous bonuses, including improved Handling and Movement, to get even more weapon kill
As you can see, each Exotic offers unique gameplay, so don’t hesitate to try them all and decide what suits you best. Once again, do not forget to equip different mods because Titan PvP Builds should be upgraded to enhance every equipped weapon and make the process of defeating targets more satisfying. Of course, you can also get Kickstart mods, thanks to which Powered Melee Final Blows extend the ability to use powered Melee through armor charges.
