Destiny 2 Season of the Deep: New Strand Aspects Unveiled
In their latest TWAB, Bungie has unveiled three exciting videos on three newest Strand Aspects in Destiny 2: Season of the Deep.
Since its release, the Strand subclass has been a lot of fun and the subject of much discussion among fans. It introduces an innovative approach for Guardians to explore the game and conquer adversaries. Undoubtedly, Strand has become a much-loved asset in any player’s repertoire. To make it even better, Bungie has decided to implement a brand-new triad of Strand’s Aspects. So, without further ado, let’s start with:
Hunter’s Threaded Specter: Decoy and Destructive Threadlings
The Hunter’s new Aspect, Threaded Specter, introduces a clever strategy. Activate your class’s ability to fashion a decoy made of Strand matter. As it materializes, it will divert the attention of enemies away from your presence. Thus, leaving more room for you to navigate the battlefield.
Receiving significant damage or having foes enter its proximity will cause it to detonate. But its impact doesn’t cease there. From its explosive aftermath emerge Threadlings that relentlessly pursue and assail nearby enemies.
Titan’s Flechette Storm: Aerial Domination and Unraveling
Titans, brace yourself for the power brought forth by the arrival of the Flechette Storm Aspect. This ability will undoubtedly elevate your prowess on the battlefield. By initiating a slide, you trigger your charged melee ability and propel yourself skyward. In the process, adversaries in your way will be knocked aside and receive damage.
While airborne, trigger your charged melee again to release a cluster of projectiles. And finally, by skillfully chaining melee throws, you can rain down destruction upon adversaries, establishing dominance in any confrontation.
Warlock’s The Wanderer: Explosive Tangles and Threadling Synergy
As Warlocks embrace your new Aspect, The Wanderer, you’ll fuel your arsenal with some exciting, explosive potential. The Tangles you throw will stick to enemies and detonate, suspending foes mid-air. Furthermore, scoring a final blow will create extra Tangles, and you can repeat the process all over again.
