Missed the first boss

Missed the first boss. Was told I could do it after. Raid finished late and sure enough the next day was contacted and finished. Both groups were excellent.

Mythic+ 10 timed with no misses

I did the Mythic+ bundle package and these folks delivered! Within 10 minutes of clicking the "Start" button, someone invited me to a group and within 15 minutes we were doing Mythic 10 dungeons. The experience was realistic ( we had some deaths) but we made time on all 8 instances. Time in between instances was short and when I messed up, no one berated me or made me feel stupid. I participated and they made me feel like I was part of the group. All around great experience and I highly recommend them if you're looking for some things in the game that you can't get alone.

They get the job done eventually. Sometimes according to schedule and sometimes will communicate the delays. They could be clear on some things but overall trustworthy service. If you afraid of losing your account,don't. Trustworthy.
