Missed the first boss
Missed the first boss. Was told I could do it after. Raid finished late and sure enough the next day was contacted and finished. Both groups were excellent.

The group was great, there were a couple hiccups, but we pulled through. Definitely would buy from again.
Mythic+ 10 timed with no misses
I did the Mythic+ bundle package and these folks delivered! Within 10 minutes of clicking the "Start" button, someone invited me to a group and within 15 minutes we were doing Mythic 10 dungeons. The experience was realistic ( we had some deaths) but we made time on all 8 instances. Time in between instances was short and when I messed up, no one berated me or made me feel stupid. I participated and they made me feel like I was part of the group. All around great experience and I highly recommend them if you're looking for some things in the game that you can't get alone.
